• Occurrence of political events such as war, revolution, civil unrest, riots, strikes, embargoes, as well as natural disasters or other events with comparable effect

• Confiscation or nationalization;
• Refusal of payment or default of payment due more than three months when a debtor is a foreign country or foreign governmental authority;
• Restrictions or a ban on exports of goods or services in fulfillment of obligations under international treaties to which Bulgaria is a party.
